The process is very easy - most work is done based on gathering your requirements (either by phone or email) and then sending you an email with your requirements documented in writing. The email will include a quoted price to do your entire project and the date it can be done by.

Sometimes, work is done on an hourly basis and then the quote will be based on an hourly rate and an estimated amount of time to perform the project.

Not until you approve of the work effort and agree to the project terms is the work started (all work to that point is at no cost).

All work is done to your satisfaction with a free 2 month customer support period included. This is provided from the date your project was delivered and covers any problems you encounter that are directly related to a documented requirement. Payment can be done via major credit card or check.
